What are cake toppers?
Cake toppers are Edible cake decorations, they are thin flat sheets of real icing, printed onto using food grade edible inks with your own picture or photo or a design that I provide for you.
I can print rectangle, square, round, cupcake, fairy cake, cookie and
traybake (brownies etc) toppers.
How long do they keep?
They have a shelf life of 6 months.
What are they made of?
I don't need to make my cake yet. How should I store my cake topper?
If you do not need to use your topper straight away, just simply keep it sealed in its grip seal bag and board backed envelope in a cool, dry place.
What can I use to stick my topper to my cake?
The toppers can be used on most cake coverings, including marzipan, fondant, royal icing, glace icing, chocolate, whipped cream, buttercream and frozen cake surfaces. If you are using a 'wet' icing such as whipped cream, it is advisable to apply your topper to a thin, round fondant icing circle first and then apply to your whipped cream cake surface. You will achieve a better finish and your topper will look its best.
How do you send them?
Your cake topper will arrive sealed in a grip seal bag, inside a
board backed envelope that states PLEASE DO NOT BEND and easy to
follow instructions.
When will you dispatch my topper? I always aim to post orders within 1 day. Although during busy times this may not be possible. During the busy periods your order will be posted within 2 days.
I do not post on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
If my topper should have arrived by now, what should I do?
Contact your local sorting office and see if they have tried to deliver and returned it to the sorting office .The postman may forget to leave a calling card. Also check your garage, shed, porch, with neighbours etc.
My topper is still nowhere to be found. Will you send me another one?
At my discretion, yes I usually do send out replacements. If you feel your topper has gone astray, please get in touch asap so I can promptly send you another one. Please do not leave it until it is too late so I cannot help.
Should I expect a full refund if it arrives late?
Sorry, but no. Lateness does not make our product unfit for purpose. Toppers are still useable.
It is your choice to use your topper late or not.
Once your order is in the hands of the delivery service (Royal Mail), we have no control over the delivery.
